Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a growing business. This is a new role within the company and the day to day responsibilities are as follows:

HR Business Partner

This is a stand-alone opportunity to join a fast-paced business within the Payroll and Contract Management business.

In this role you would be working very closely with the Senior Leadership team delivering on driving the business forward in performance and process improvement.

Coaching and supporting employees;

Supporting the business with the management and development of their people, identifying individual and collective development needs, providing advice and ad hoc training;

Performance management

Talent Management

Employee engagement

Putting together a strategic plan with the senior leadership team in prioritising key initiatives for the business

The successful individual will have a minimum of 2 years HR leadership experience and the desire and passion for a business partnering role with the autonomy to support the growth of the business alongside a Senior Leadership team.

Payroll bureau and/or HR consultancy experience would be advantageous but not essential

Assertive with good communication skills and the ability to demonstrate influencing skills
