Warehouse Manager – Aylesbury , Buckinghamshire

£35,000 – £45,000

Role Profile

Cast UK are working exclusively with one of our exciting partners, who are a fast-paced, well-established organisation. Their contacts stretch across the UK, as they are considered one of the leading companies in their field.

This exciting role requires a candidate who can demonstrate a natural flare for leadership, alongside a proven track record of delivering results. Managing within a fast paced, competitive environment, you will oversee the Warehouse & Logistics operations within the depot and ensure the company's high standards are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day Warehouse Management
Overseeing operatives, office staff, delivery drivers and fleet.
Implement effective KPI's and evaluate regularly
Strategically plan and direct the implementation of new processes and procedures within the full order cycle.
Contribute to process optimisation and bring new ideas to the table
Implement and assess digital solutions for POD systems
Evaluate staff performance and review KPI'sRequirements

A natural leader, able to motivate and lead a team.
Proven track record in leading change within a warehouse/logistics setting
Experience of effective warehouse co-ordination at management level
Exceptional communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
IOSH qualified
ILM3 or demonstration of knowledge to the required level
Excellent tech skills including use of Microsoft Office
