Cleaning and Clearance services

An excellent opportunity to join the Clean and Clearance department for a major facilities company on a temp to perm basis working within a 2-person team. Contracts in and around Aylesbury/Aylesbury Vale and the surrounding areas providing cleaning and clearance services on a daily basis. This will involve some travelling during your working day with Company Van.

The Role:

* To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks which will provide an excellent quality of cleaning and clearance to client’s properties.

* To communicate effectively and professionally with all persons working as part of a team

* To ensure you work efficiently and productively each day to achieve company targets

Responsibilities:

* Removal of household materials and furnishing as part of the Property Re-let service including the cleaning of the properties to the required client specification.

* Complete all necessary paper work

Experience:

* Labouring, clearance, industrial cleaning an advantage

* Full Driving Licence

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, £9.73 per hour, temporary leading to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
