About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Intelligence Officer to join our team.
On the Job you will:
assist the Systems Analyst in ensuring that the existing housing and data reporting systems are up-to date and meet the operational requirements of the business
aid the business in the reporting, analysis and understanding of this data
work very closely with the Systems Analyst to ensure that the main systems (including the QLx Housing System, Qlikview reporting and Docusign) are working as they should and that the business can extract appropriate and relevant information from these systems
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people and is great at designing and developing business reporting systems.
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
proven ability to use report writing tools (such a Business Objects, Reporting Services and Qlikview)
the capability to apply reasoning and informed logic to the production of reports to ensure that all work generated is appropriate to the request and the desired outcome.
sound working knowledge of Structured Query Language and relational databases
excellent communication and customer services skills
good planning skills and ability to work to schedule and tight deadlines
proactive problem solving skills
