We are recruiting for a small provider business based in Aylesbury and London.
You will be required to carry out a full Occupational Health remit including pre-employment assessments, health surveillance, health promotion and travel health. You will be primarily home based but occasional travel to Milton Keynes, Central London and Aylesbury is required.
You will be working within a small team reporting to the managing partner who is also clinical. You will have autonomy on structuring your diary and there is no pressure to complete a set amount of cases per day.
The company place importance on doing things well once, rather then prioritising speed. They are friendly and will provide you with lots of support and training opportunities. In return, they will expect you to be self motivated and will want you to be vocal about what you need to get the job done.
This is a permanent role. The most of your work will involve case management however some of the duties will need to be carried out on site.
To be considered for this role the OHA will need to be;
a Registered General Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register
Qualified within OH with a degree or diploma recognised on Part 3 of the NMC register (SCPHN OH) (Highly experienced candidates will be considered without part)
