Elderly & Learning Disabilities Specialist Service

Job Setting:
This lovely home located in the Aylesbury area is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within a lovely nursing that provides which pride themselves on building relationships and communities within their homes. This Home provides nursing services to the Elderly and people with Learning Disabilities. If you are passionate and enjoy working with the Elderly and people with Learning Disabilities this home will help you grow as an individual and progress further within your nursing career providing you with ongoing training and a putting a progression plan to help you reach your highest potential.

Staff Nurse Skills and Responsibilities:

Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements:
