Junior Formulation Scientist
Laboratory Solutions are working with an inspiring beauty company that due to growing at a rapid speed, have exciting expansion plans in Aylesbury. Our client is currently on the search for a Junior Formulation Scientist to join their amazing journey.
As the Junior Formulation Scientist, you will be responsible for creating state of the art formulas for new and award winning products. Help the company continue to strive for excellence and create a culture that inspires, motivates and develops everyone to their highest potential.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Develop formulas for personal care applications based on target specification.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting advice to the relevant teams.
* Deliver strong technical documents to support product roll-outs.
* Always consider cost reduction and product performance improvement in all projects in hand.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity the successful candidate must:
* Have a related degree qualification
* A minimum of 2 years working within a similar role
* Be someone keen, quick to learn, and work independently
* Have the ability to multi-task
* Ability to work to set time frames and remain calm under pressure
* Have a hands-on, practical approach to creating innovative solutions, passionate about skincare.
