Calling all Healthcare Assistants in Aylesbury and Twyford!

We are currently looking for HCA's to facilitate care for and assist with the activities of daily living of service users in their own home, providing exceptional levels of service user care.

* This is a service user home based role.

* Care Certificate

* Spinal Injury Training

* Manual Bowel Evacuation

* Equality & Diversity

* Manual Handling

* Safeguarding Vulernable Groups

Experience & Knowledge

* Experience working with service users with complex needs

* An understanding of observing, monitoring and recording patients conditions

* Experience with spinal patients (desired)

Skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Being Compasionate, empathatic and caring

* Being able to work under pressure.

* Ability to work on own initiative.

* To provide the highest quality care to service users in their own homes in accordance with their support plan, in person-centred approach.

* Full driving license
