Healthcare Assistant

We are currently looking for Healthcare Assistant and Support Workers across various NHS and private sector locations across the UK.

For this key role the applicant must have a minimum 1 years’ experience, demonstrate a passion to deliver outstanding care and have a genuine desire to make a difference to patients’ and service users lives.

The successful applicant will receive an attractive salary and benefits package together with varied flexible shift patterns operating over days, nights and weekends.

To apply for this role you will need:-

A minimum of one years’ experience

Experience working within a Clinical/Hospital/Care/Nursing home settings

Eligibility to work within the UK

Ability to demonstrate commitment, compassion, together with excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Satisfactory reference’s 3 years

An upto date DBS

NVQ level 3 is desired but not essential

Requirements:

Experience of providing care and/or support to vulnerable people.

Possess excellent people skills.

Have a passion for the healthcare sector

Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships

Providing personal care, domestic tasks and housing related support in a residential setting or lone working in the community.

Promoting choice and independence.

To support individual to live a life as full as possible and to engage with the community.
