Community Psychiatric Nurse Band 6 – needed in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

What they offer:

Between £27 – £30 / hour – depending on experience
Full time 37.5 hours/ week
Strat date: asap
3 months contract
Monday – Friday
9 am – 5 pm
About the role:

You will be working at an NHS Centre is a mental health facility providing inpatient and community care in a modern and welcoming environment. 

Looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful person who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team both independently and with own initiative.
You will have the ability to use professional skills to support and motivate colleagues and clients.
Familiar with current legislation, guidelines and processes that affect the way in which mental health care is delivered.
Someone who has an understanding of mental illness and its impact on service users
Occasional days of duty work, supporting the rest of the duty/assessment team.
 
Requirements:

Experience of Care Coordination.
Managing own caseload.
Car driver
