Unity Healthcare are currently working with a client who are looking for District Nurses and Community Nurses to join their team in Aylesbury.

If you have:
* Clean driving licence and your own car
* NMC Pin – Registered nurse
* Community Nursing experience is preferred not required
Duties include:
* To ensure that the standard of patient care are constantly maintained at all times
* Encouraging the development of research and audit based clinical practice
* Conduct yourself professionally at all times
* To complete records of patient care with reference to NMC standards for record keeping
