An experienced RGN/Adult Nurse is required to work as Clinical Lead at my client’s care home in Aylesbury. This service provides first class nursing care to its elderly residents and supports those with dementia.

Details of this Clinical Lead Nurse post and what the home is offering:

• A permanent, full-time contract for 44 hours per week on day shifts, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm

• Very competitive hourly pay rates of £19.00 £20.00 per hour, which is in line with NHS Band 6/7 rates of pay

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will take responsibility for maintaining excellent professional and clinical standards, providing effective clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams and managing and monitoring service delivery.

• Leadership experience
