Sister / Charge Nurse – Outpatients – up to £40k plus enhancements plus significant welcome bonus

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse with Outpatients experience to support the overall management of the department. Working full time hours on a flexible shift pattern.

The role

* Day to day running of the Outpatients department

* Team leadership of staff including development and performance management

* Clinical governance – ensuring that the Outpatients department and it’s staff meet the senior management agenda

* Ensuring excellent patient care, safety and overall satisfaction

* Effective and efficient management of department resources

Your skills and experience

* NMC registered Nurse

* Considerable experience in a Senior Nursing position

* Team supervision / leadership

* Experience in an Outpatients setting
