Job title: Care Coordinator (RMN)

Grade: Band 6

Location:, Buckinghamshire

Hours: Ad-hoc basis, choice of shifts but need to be flexible

Salary: Negotiable rates of pay

ASAP start- for 6 months

37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday (Apply online only)hrs. Saturday and Sunday (Apply online only)hrs. There will be scope for some remote working.
