We are currently representing a reputable not for profit organisation based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to recruit for a permanent Communications Business Partner.

With over 250 employees, they are a leading brand across the county, have strong visions and a customer focused strategy.

The role is a full time position for 37 hours per week and is due to start as soon as possible.

Key duties:

* Ensuring the effective delivery of the communications framework

* Acting as a key driver of external engagement

* Protecting the companies brand and reputation

* Maximising engagement across all internal and external audiences

* Leading and motivating the communications team, line managing an Officer and Apprentice

* Accountable for the teams performance and dealing with any poor performance issues

* Managing the overall coordination of the teams activities and projects

* Ensuring effective management of internal and external events

* Analysing communication activity and making recommendations as appropriate

* Briefing and liaising with external agencies and suppliers

Experience required:

* Line management

* Internal & external communications

* Online and social media management

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

* Good networking skills

* Team player

* Strong interpersonal skills

Working hours:

* 37 hours per week

* Monday to Friday
