Communication, Marketing and Engagement Manager
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37-hour week – Full time
Salary: £41,166 – £42,208 per annum

Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service are looking for a tenacious, creative minded individual to join our team.

You’ll be proactive in shaping and delivering our internal and external communication, marketing and engagement strategies whilst also keeping a handle on any reactive communications we might need to do along the way. Therefore, we’re going to need someone who loves to manage a whole host of exciting projects, people and priorities, whilst maintaining a professional and friendly manner. We need someone with good judgement who gets things moving.

As a member of our management team, you will steer all marketing and communication activity including writing, editing, co-ordinating and publishing content across various channels, including web site, social media, video and print maintaining a clear and consistent organisational voice.

On a project basis you’ll guide the wider team on clear and effective marketing and communications strategies making sure they find creative and successful ways to get through to their different audiences.
