Supply Chain Manager- Global Food Manufacturer

£60,000, £70,000+ Bonus/ Car/ Package

Our client is a market leading Food Manufacturer who have a market leading reputation in their field! They are looking for a driven and career focused Supply chain manager to join their organisation.

The role

Reporting to the site manager, with a dotted line into the group Supply Chain Director, the role will have complete responsibility for all Planning, logistics and site level procurement activities. You will be tasked with managing and developing a strong team, building a robust Supply Chain that enables the business to meet the ever growing customer demand. Key accountabilities in the role will include;

Coordinating all site supply chain functions, including purchasing, planning & Logistics

Working with the wider senior management team in strategically developing the Supply Chain processes

Ensure MRP best practice across the team

Managing key internal and external stakeholders in delivering the best possible quality product.

Managing upwards of 2500 SKU's, Demand, production and materials planning along Raw and Packaging Materials.

The Candidate

The candidate will need to be highly motivated and ready to meet the challenges of this growing business unit. Experience required will be as follows;

5 years+ experience within end to end Supply Chain management

Essential you have recent relevant experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment (Food/ Drink/ Packaging/ FMCG)

Able to demonstrate Supply Chain improvements within an FMCG manufacturing setting.

clear verbal and written communications with clients, management and team.

Degree qualified would be advantageous but not essential
