Multi Skilled Operative

One of the world’s leading sustainable product manufacturers, Kingspan Water and Energy Ltd. is focused on growing its markets and this role is vital in supporting this. We manufacture equipment for water treatment and storage within the water business.
You will play a key role as a Multi Skilled Operative on the Aston Clinton site, ensuring products are produced in a timely and cost-effective way.
Some of your duties will include:
* Manufacturing parts for septic tanks, plant products, separators and any new products or variations which may be introduced, to the standards defined within the specification and the company quality system.
* Laminating of glass reinforced components.
* Press moulding of glass reinforced components.
* Assembly of products to drawing including tasks such as cutting, drilling, laminating, sub assembly of steel fabrications etc.
What you will need:
* Maths and English to GCSE or similar.
* A practical knowledge of assembly techniques.
* Experience in using hand tools.
* Manufacturing experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
* Experience in working with fibreglass an advantage but is not essential.
* A forklift licence would be an advantage but is not essential.

Vacancy: Multi Skilled Operative
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: Flexibility with 4 x 10 hour shifts (days 6am to 4pm, late shift from 4.30pm to 2.30am)
Salary: Four levels of pay offered, starting at Multi Skilled Operative Level 1 – £10.62 per hour. Generous 10% shift allowance for late shift
