EXPERIENCED ENERGY FROM EFW WASTE PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED TO DRIVE FORWARD ANAEROBIC DIGESTION PLANT OPERATIONS

TITLE: Operations Manager – Production & Site Plant

Salary: Circa £55-60,000 plus Pension, Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance

Client: Client is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and Anaerobic Digestion / Biogas plant in their growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will oversee the operations at a Biological Anaerobic Digestion sites ensuring KPI's are met, and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policy are adhered to.

You will develop the teams to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled, and performance levels are kept to a high standard.

You will ensure all maintenance schedules are adhered to.

You will be integral to the development of new facilities and have a close relationship with the National Operations Manager

Responsible for cost control and budget management

EXPERIENCE

Ideally you will have experience in anaerobic digestion / biogas however you may be considered if you have a process industry background such as waste water treatment or brewery

Excellent safety record ideally NEBOSH or above

Any mechanical or electrical engineering experience a bonus

Excellent man and change management skills

Experience managing contractors

WAMITAB COTC4 (Certificate of technical competence) ideally in Biological Waste Treatment
