First Call Contract Services are recruiting for an Operations and Recruitment Manager to run our onsite in Aylesbury.
We are looking for an Operations and Recruitment Manager who is flexible, approachable and hardworking under pressure.
Daily Duties of an Operations and Recruitment Manager include but are not limited to:
* Check in all staff daily
* Analyse the MI data
* Spend time on the shop floor making sure that the workers are in their correct place of work, motivated and that they wearing the correct PPE
* Advertise, respond and recruit staff for our client. Monitoring and managing the candidate flow
* Managing and maintain the rota for all staff
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, approx 06:00 – 16:00. Shift start and finish does fluctuate dependent on work load.
On call will be required on rota basis inclusive of weekends.
Salary – £23k to £25k per annum depending on experience.
