The key business areas of this award-winning client are Ambulance Services, Healthcare, Roadside Assistance and Fire Services across multiple industries, critical infrastructures and high-risk facilities.
Divisional Manager Purpose
The role will lead a specialist division in the client's UK Fire business and assist the business across Europe.
The work currently delivered by the department includes the audit, design and specification of active fire protection and detection systems across the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. This requires an expert knowledge in Sprinkler systems, Wet & Dry Riser systems, Yard Main & Hydrant systems, High & Low Expansion Foam systems, Medium & High Velocity Deluge systems, Gas systems, Watermist systems, Fire Detection and EVAC systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience
– Demonstrable industry experience in a consulting role
– Developed network of contacts throughout target sectors desirable
– First class communication and analysis skills to support scoping and influencing of customers as well as other senior member of the Falck Fire division
– Ability to work with limited supervision; solve challenges with limited guidance, seek missing information, make decisions and use own initiative
– Strong IT skills across relevant software and Office product range
– Business curiosity both customer and internal focussed and able to establish relations on different levels of the organisation to keep at the forefront of things.
– Excellent listening skills
– Good management, organisational and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work within tight deadlines to manage multiple activities concurrently.
– Ability to deal with sensitive & confidential matters as necessary.
– Ensure high levels of data protection and security at all times.
