An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a well established firm. You will be working in a friendly and supportive team, which itself forms part of a wider team across the firm’s network of offices spanning the country. The firm have a rich local heritage with a very loyal and much coveted client base from the local community.

QED Legal are recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to run a mixed caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, with a focus on High Net Worth work. This is NOT a volume conveyancing position, as the firm have an emphasis on the quality of the service they provide for their clients. Therefore you must have an outstanding manner with clients and be a strong technical conveyancer. 

You will have significant experience of managing your own caseload of Residential Property matters. The role will involve all aspects of sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, transfer or equity and remortgage work. It is highly desirable that the successful candidate will be willing to get involved with business development in the local area, so you will need to be outgoing, possessing the ability to forge long standing relationships with agents and other referral networks. You will ideally have over 4 years of conveyancing experience in a fee earning role.
