We are proud to be representing a very well established legal firm in the Aylesbury area to find a qualified Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor who is seeking to develop their career and become a senior member of the team and ultimately run the residential department.

The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing and you will be heading up and running a busy existing case load of high street residential conveyancing which will include equity release, new builds (including Help to buy schemes) shared ownership and general leasehold work and general leasehold work.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow the department with a significant degree of autonomy, but also with appropriate support available from the wider office.  Marketing and business development activities will also be required, alongside a full case load. Full access to the firm’s resources will be provided.
