Our client is seeking a pro-active and ambitious paralegal to join their thriving litigation department on a permanent basis. Providing high quality paralegal support on both civil and commercial litigation matters, the successful candidate will progress cases from instruction to settlement, ensuring high levels of client care and service.

Responsibilities

Working in the litigation team, assisting with a mixed caseload
Take initial instructions
Draft letters of claim
Issue and defend proceedings
Enforcing judgments
Drafting advice and documentation
File management and maintenance
Preparation of court bundles and briefs
The Candidate

Paralegals with 1+ years’ experience working in the legal profession
Dispute resolution experience is advantageous but not essential
Personable with clear and concise communication skills
IT proficient
Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
A lateral, creative, and collaborative thinker
Adaptable and driven to achieve growth and performance goals
Experienced using case management systems preferred but not essential
