I am currently recruiting for a Private Family Law Solicitor to join the team of one of my clients based in Aylesbury. They are a traditional but modern practice of experienced solicitors and support staff.

My client is a 6 partner practice with 32 staff and due to growth, are recruiting for a Solicitor ideally between 1-5 years PQE but this is completely open for an experienced family solicitor – the minimum PQE would still be 1 years.

The workload will include:

* Pre-nuptial settlements

* Cohabitation Agreements

* Specialist tax advice

* Declaration of Trusts on property

* Family mediation

* Divorce & Separation including filing divorce papers

* Married, unmarried and civil partners

* Property, financial and pension arrangements on divorce or separation

* Enforcement of Orders

* Deeds of Separation

* Domestic Violence including immediate injunctions and finding a place of safety

* Financial settlements

In regards to salary, the firm are offering a top end of £45,000 per annum but this will be dependent on experience, past billings etc.
