This top law firm with offices in Aylesbury and easy transportation links are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their regionally recognised department.

Ideally you will have gained at least 3 years PQE as a Solicitor and have experience of running your own respondent matters however good quality claimant experience will also be considered.
You will be dealing with a strong client base from large corporations to blue chip companies on both contentious (dismissals, discrimination, breach of contract, employment tribunal) as well as non-contentious work (TUPE transfer, drafting employment handbooks, HR issues).

Salary will be based on PQE & experience level however there is great benefits package which includes private healthcare, pension, generous (28 days) holiday allowance and childcare to name but a few.
