A leading Software solutions company based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a Software Support Engineer candidate to join its rapidly expanding Data Team. This company is looking for a strong candidate with 2+ years’ experience within data to join a small and experienced team with a passion and aptitude for making a career in a dynamic industry.
Software Support Engineer – Essential Skills:
Strong experience with Software Systems (including log analysis; troubleshooting; identifying and classifying issues)
Strong understanding of SQL databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortability in a client facing role
Software installation and deployment experience
Familiarity with deploying and supporting applications on AWS and Azure
Software Support Engineer – Desirable Skills:
A strong background in Software development
Understanding in NoSQL
Understanding of Telephony, VoIP, WebRTC, HTTP, HTTPS
The role is paying £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, with initial remote interviews taking place early next week.
