Software Support Engineer, £35,000 – £40,000, Aylesbury.

We are looking for an experienced Software Support Engineer who can support an industry leader in state of the art cloud based technology. The succesful candidate will ideally have 1+ years experience in a similar position but recent graduates showing a passion for the role will be considered.

Required Skills:

Experience with software systems including identifying, classifying and troubleshooting issues
Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques
Strong knowlege of SQL databases
Excellent writen and verbal communicationDesired Skills:

Experience working with AWS & Azure
Experience of working with carriers on IP provisioning
Software development or testing experience/background
Understanding of telephony, VoIP, WebRTC, HTTP, HTTPS
Understanding of NoSQL databases
