Software Support Engineer required by a leading technology company based in Aylesbury. Due to continued success and planned expansion the company are looking to hire a Software Support Engineer to join their existing support team.

The successful Software Support Engineer's role will be to provide application support for customers whilst working alongside the development team to ensure the best service is delivered. The ideal candidate should have previous triage experience including log analysis, troubleshooting, identifying and classifying issues.

Recent graduates with degrees in Computer Science, Computing and related subjects are also welcome to apply if they have an analytical, problem solving mindset and are keen to join a company where they can progress and grow.

Essential
