We have partnered with a client based in Aylesbury who are looking to hire a Software Support Engineer and can offer a starting salary up to £40,000 + On call for the right person.

As the successful Software Support Engineer, you will be expected to complete tickets over Jira to an incredibly technical level while also up skilling within newer technology. 

This role would require the successful Software Support Engineer to take part in there on call rota which stands at 1 in every three weeks.  Our client operates two shifts, 9am – 5:30pm and 3pm to 12am.  An additional payment would be made when working the later shift. 

To be considered for this Software Support opportunity you will need experience with SQL, Jira while providing Application Support.  AWS or Azure experience would be highly beneficial too
