LEAD DEVELOPER OPPORTUNITY – FULL REMOTE – UP TO £80,000

Are you an experienced Senior Developer looking to step up into more of a Lead role? Or are you already leading small teams but looking for your next challenge? I’m currently working for a growing business within Digital Media who are looking to add a Lead Developer to their team with good coding experience and a desire to lead the development team through an exciting period of growth over the next few years. The role would have a constant ‘hands on’ feel when it comes to coding but as the team grows you will move to a more even split between the two. In terms of development, it’s a Full Stack role although leaning more towards the Front End. The business are doing really well having secured £10m investment last year and have ambitious growth plans across all their teams.
 
This role is full remote with no requirement to go into the office. However, their Oxfordshire offices are open if you wanted to go in.
 
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the successful Lead Developer will require experience of;

Experience leading teams from an official or mentoring perspective.
Essential Skills: React, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Nodejs, AWS
Desirable Skills: Redux, UI, Git, Docker
Aspirations to lead and influence the direction of the businesses technologies.
Desire to stay long term and progress within the business.
Computer Science or Engineering Degree would be ideal.
