Junior DevOps Engineer – Azure – Aylesbury – £32,000 plus great Benefits

A large software business based just outside Aylesbury are now hiring for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their team. The DevOps Engineer will need to collaborate with software developers, system operators and other IT members to manage code releases. Cross and merge the barriers that exist between software development, testing and operations teams and keep existing networks in mind as they design, plan and test. Ensure that ISO, security and best practice processes are maintained.

Key Tasks:

Create monitoring of the platform as required
Help reduce support calls by improving applications that have higher failure rates
Review product backlogs and update as required
Manage releases, and ensure that all applications are up to date
Maintain solution documentation
Experience of using Active Directory and Group Policy.
Good O365 administration including Exchange and SharePoint online.
Manage and maintain security of the underlying application
Maintaining all certificatesResponsibilities:

Manage software releases in accordance with MDSs release process, with MDSs support manager
Monitor Insights to ensure that the application is work at its optimum at all times
