Customer Success Manager / Technical Account Manager for my client based in Buckinghamshire for a permanent role, salary £50-70K
Remote working: my client are happy to offer some remote working, likely a couple of days per week dependent on the candidate.
My client are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Customer Success Manager / Technical Account Manager to join their team.
You will work closely with members of Technical, Solutions and other teams to ensure that the service provided to customers is optimal.
You will stem from a software background, vendor, reseller or even customer background.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with the solution / service delivered
* Understanding technical requirements and translating them into solutions
* Performing service reviews
* General service delivery duties
* Being the point person for customer enablement and engagement
* Building rapport and relationships with key enterprise clients
* Coordinating / liaising with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery and handover of projects / implementations
* Problem management and root cause analysis
* Understanding complex software integration procedures
* Utilising knowledge of both on-prem and cloud / SaaS solutions
* Identifying customer needs and pain points
It is highly desirable if you stem from a relevant industry such as media, entertainment, post-production or similar.
