Techncial Support Analyst – SQL – £35,000 – £45,000 – Aylesbury

My client, a growing Software Company based in Aylesbury are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst who can support an industry leader in state of the art cloud based technology. The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years' experience in a similar position but recent graduates showing a passion for the role will be considered.

Required Skills:

Experience with software systems including identifying, classifying and troubleshooting issues
Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques
Strong knowledge of SQL databases
Excellent written and verbal communication Desired Skills:

Experience working with AWS & Azure
Experience of working with carriers on IP provisioning
Software development or testing experience/background
Understanding of telephony, VoIP, WebRTC, HTTP, HTTPS
