Role: 3rd Line Engineer
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: 30,000 to 35,000

Would you like to become a part of an award-winning managed service provider who are looking for an 3rd Line Support Engineer to work in their Aylesbury office.

In this role you will be utilising the latest technology to assist you in providing 3rd line level of IT support to the organisation and their customers across the UK.

As the successful applicant, you will be dedicated to providing an exceptional level of IT support to the wider business.

To achieve this you will:

Be a cloud focused engineer – experience of implementing and administering MS Azure & the Microsoft 365 suite would be highly beneficial
Have strong communications skills – you will be regularly communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service you are providing.
Aim to solve every reported problem – your goal as the 3rd line engineer should be to prevent further deterioration or escalation of your assigned issue.Experience & proven hands-on knowledge:

Cloud Technologies
Virtual desktop solutions – Citrix XenApp v7.x, Windows 365 or Azure Desktop VDI
Active Directory (including the usage of PowerShell scripts and GPO's)
Office365-suite products
Citrix Director / Quick Assist & LogMeIn.
Desktop end-user equipment
SCCM
Network firewalls / security appliances (FortiGate) / routers, switches
Enterprise server operating systems (OS) (Windows Server >2012R2, 2016, 2019)This is an incredibly technical role where you will be responsible for the management, support, administration, installation and monitoring of the above systems.
