Reporting to a restaurant General Manager, we are on the hunt for a full-time, dedicated, highly skilled Assistant Manager to drive our establishment to perform at its full potential. Our ideal candidate will have unmatched leadership qualities, willingness to learn and progress and a genuine passion for the restaurant industry. German Doner Kebab has been serving fresh, healthy, and nutritious meals featuring Doner kebabs. Its goal is nothing less than revolutionising the fast casual restaurant sector, serving amazing food in a warm and comfortable space with quick and friendly service. The company has begun development in the UK and Ireland with the objective of opening 200 restaurants within 5 years. Based in Glasgow, German Doner Kebab UK & Ireland is looking to add to its team.

Responsible for:

1. Your role will include being involved with the the daily business operations and identifying areas improvement.

1. Ensure a smooth, efficient and high service focused operation where the satisfaction of all guests is paramount. We require you to take customer feedback into consideration and implement appropriate suggestions.

1. We need you to work a team of 12/15 employees within the restaurant and display excellent leadership qualities. Maintaining company culture and a positive morale within the establishment is of high importance!

What you need:

5+ years experience in the restaurant industry

Strong leadership qualities in a shift manager or assistant manager role

Outstanding communication skills

Highly organised

A strong work ethic

Proactive, passionate and enthusiastic about their job

A friendly, approachable manner
