A well-established hotel based in Aylesbury is looking for a commis chef to help out on ad-hoc basis.

If you're looking for additional work this role would be perfect for you.

Duties include:

Assisting in the food preparation process.
Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
Assisting other Chefs.
Helping with deliveries and restocking.
Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations.
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
Hours and days will differ upon the need of the client.
