Strategic Aftersales Manager- Hi-Tech Engineering

This role will allow you to take ownership of the aftersales function whilst working at a senior level on strategic technical developments. Working with complex hi-value low volume products you will join at a key period of growth for a business who are investing heavily into new technology with some ambitious growth plans on the horizon.

You will wear several different hats as you will need to understand and resolve complex internal issues from the service team. You will then work with different functions like logistics, purchasing or production to resolve any problems ensuring that you are creating a process to reduce the chances of any future issues.

From a strategic level you will be looking at new trends in the market working with global partners to identify innovative new ways of working. Although you will not be managing people you will be a senior figure within the business and will need to be able to think outside the box and create new ways of working internally and then have the ability to present these across the senior leadership teams at various global sites.

For this role we are looking for:

A degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Aftersales experience with a background of working with complex hi-value technical equipment.

A creative thinker who is comfortable liaising with internal team at all levels
