Our client, a leading national Building Services Maintenance/ FM specialist has a key requirement for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join their successful team on a large Static Site in Aylesbury.

Static Building Services Engineer overview

Building Services Engineer will be based on a large facility in Aylesbury.
Building Services Engineer will be performing PPM & some reactive maintenance on mechanical plant, Emergency lighting checks, lamping, Filter Changes, plant room maintenance, belt changes, water temperature checks

Experience required for Static Building Services Engineer:

Building Services Engineer will be experienced with PPM and Reactive Maintenance of HVAC and Electrical equipment within commercial buildings
Building Services Engineer will ideally have mechanical or electrical qualifications but be multi-skilled
Building Services Engineer will be living within a commuteable distance of Aylesbury Package Static Building Services Engineer

£33,000 basic salary

Pension and paid holiday

Unlimited overtime if desired (not mandatory)
