The company are a civil engineering firm who provide a full and diverse range of civil engineering and construction services, from private/domestic work to commercial/industrial to facilities management and construction. The variety in the role and the chance to have hands on responsibility is immense.

In the role you will be managing the day to day running on site including HR, plant and materials to meet the spec, ensure top level of project quality and exceed health and safety expectations.

This role would therefore ideally suit an experienced Site Supervisor/ Assistant Project Manager with experience in working within civil engineering, who has experience of managing a team and working to a budget. The successful candidate will be ambitious and driven to complete projects to a high standard.

The role:

Site Supervisor
On site supervisor of day to day running for key projects
Chance to progress up to Project Manager
Company car allowance with paid milage
Annual bonus based upon performance and profit
£35,000-£45,000 salary

The person:

Experienced Site Supervisor in civil engineering
Motivated individual, looking to develop and progress professionally
Excellent eye for detail, with strong site and equipment management qualities
Formal civil engineering qualification would be preferred but not essential.
