Matchtech are excited to be working alongside a major Highways contractor in Buckinghamshire, and as result we have a live opportunity for a freelance Site Engineer.

General Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery, either through supply chain or direct labour, of various construction projects for highways, drainage, flooding and a variety of other work streams

* You will be responsible for resolving technical issues as they occur for a range of areas across the project and for the monitoring of progress.

* Attend site for site surveys

* To provide all paperwork packs, CPP, PCI & UTIITY drawings for the job to be delivered.

Experience:

* Degree in Civil Engineering or related Highways background subject with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience

* Knowledge and application of Health and Safety legislation including CDM & Traffic Management qualified NRSWA.

* Conversant with Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and use of specialist software such as AUTOCAD and its range of complimentary packages.

* Driving licence.

* CSCS, NRSWA and SMSTS card holder preferred.

This role is inside of IR35, so therefore any successful applicant will need to work either PAYE or Umbrella
