Shift Operations Manager – Food/FMCG

Salary: £47,000 + 25 days holiday + Pension 1.5x – Bonus

Reference: JO2560/PW

Double Days Mon-Fri 6-2pm, 2-10pm

Location: Aylesbury

The Company

Based within one of the UK’s leading FMCG manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer to add to their existing team. The facility in North Manchester has benefited from further investment this year, to increase capacity. This manufacturing giant is part of a global group with over 7500 employees and has been established over 95 years so therefore is an extremely secure group.

The Role

* You will be responsible for the safety, quality, and performance on site whilst on shift. You will be responsible for overseeing around 15-20 staff

* You will also be responsible for

* Strategy development

* CI initiatives

* Compliance

* Ensuring GMP targets

* Conduct RCA investigations

* H&S

* Provide training/development when required.

* Conduct absence management, performance reviews and disciplinaries.

KEY SKILLS

* Degree Qualified in Business Management or Leadership

* Experience within an FMCG industry

* NEBOSH/IOSH Qualified
