Key Responsibilities

Day to day management of the shift team
Managing sites safety systems
Managing permits and working with company health & safety and environmental systems
Planning outages and project work
Working on a days and nights shift rotation (6 on 6 off)

Background Required

Experienced within an engineering/ operational role leading team
Experience (Energy from waste, Power stations, Nuclear, CHP, Biomass, Royal Navy Marine)
Engineering qualifications (ONC/HNC/HND/Degree)
