OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE To help and assist the Project Managers or Site Managers on assigned Contracts to ensure a full commercial service is provided to aid the Project Manager to fulfil their duties as lead function all within business requirements, Company Governance and Commercial procedures. To ensure that the Project and/or Site Manager is aware of all financial and contractual matters. To provide a functional responsibility and report to the Commercial Manager on commercial and contractual matters as well as providing the same to the Project Managers or Site Managers on all operational requirements to support the principle that the Project Manager is King. It is important because: The long term future of the business depends upon this performance.

Expected Outcome: To develop and maintain positive relationships internally and externally and to promote and protect the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused, working with more customers that recognise and buy our value proposition.

Achievable Through:  Understanding very quickly how the customer and their professional advisors operate and working with them to meet their overall needs in line with our values whilst professionally protecting the Company's interests by tailoring our offer accordingly. Building a strong relationship and taking a personal responsibility for managing key customer relationships which is sustained on a regular basis  Helping and supporting their respective teams so they submit a robust and timely Interim Applications and the Final Account, ensuring payment is received on time and supporting the teams in any negotiation in line with business expectation and by demonstrating Osborne values in all dealings.
