Quality Control Test Engineer
£30,000 – £40,000 + Neg Basic + Benefits

My client boasts unrivalled expertise in LED optical design, development and manufacture. The dedicated team provides innovative specialist design solutions, whilst their dedicated global manufacturing sites ensure a local presence on a global scale.
They have design, development and stock holding capabilities in the UK, Czech, USA, China and India. Custom design projects are an important area of the business and have completed a number of bespoke solutions for large multi-national luminaire manufacturers.
Quality Control & Test Engineer Role & Responsibilites
The quality control and test engineer will be tasked to test from NPI through sample approval or start of serial production to the end of production or supply.
You will interface in all customer visits on quality related issues, deal with all customer requests from the quality side of the business, including quality data, corrective actions and general quality assurance activities.
For corrective action, you will champion and close all Primary Duties within the specified time frame.
You will not deal with Manufacturing quality issues but will offer / lead guidance and judgement on product quality during serial production.
To take ownership of quality new product introduction documents either in the customers’ format or on behalf of the Company's.

* Design & Manufacture of Gonio Mounting Fixtures
* PAT Testing
Quality Control & Test Engineer Desireable Skills
* Photometric Measurement and Testing
* PPAP Creation Experience
