An opportunity has come up for a Project Manager to work with a main Joint Venture on HS2 based in Buckinghamshire. This role will run untuil the middle of 2020 and is a contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position delivering civil engineering contracts.

Description of Activities to be undertaken

Planning during pre-construction phase

Responsible for specialist work package delivery

Co-ordination with JV management

Co-ordination and organisation of resources for package

Responsibility for Logistics, HSSE, Quality records and Performance reporting.

Co-ordination with all relevant teams

Weekly meetings, reporting and assist project controls function

Minimum Qualifications Needed for Role

BSc level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HND.

Relevant earthworks, roads and drainage experience

Excellent communication, personal planning and interpersonal skills

Microsoft Excel proficient
