Based at our UK site in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire we are exclusively recruiting for a:
Production Operative
Hourly rate = Competitive
Contract: Permanent
Working hours = 8am – 5pm Monday -Thursday & 8am – 13:00 Friday
About the role:
Manufacturing bespoke input system products to agreed timescales, quality standards and cost constraints within a fast-moving manufacturing environment. Being quality focused, having a keen eye for detail and continuous improvements the key responsibilities of this role are as follows, but not limited to:
* Carry out instructions from Line Manager on a day-to-day basis to ensure deadlines are met to the correct quality standard.
* Multiskilled training on machinery/working practices in all production departments for flexibility to ensure the needs of the business are met.
* Work effectively as a member of a team to assemble, test and final inspect various input system products.
* Follow work instructions, safe working procedures and all other company policies.
* Good timekeeping and attendance is a necessity
* Maintain good standards of housekeeping within the production area, machinery and equipment at all times.
