Process Engineer
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Hours: 40 hours per week

* Mon – Thurs: 8am-5pm

* Fri: 8am–1pm

Based at our Aylesbury production site you will join a growing engineering team that work together with customers to bring their ideas to life. Manufacturing custom input systems for various industries leads to an ever-changing challenge as we strive to produce the best possible product as efficiently as possible.

Your challenge:

* Review current production processes, recommend and implement efficiencies.

* Automate production processes.

* Consult and influence on new custom design projects to maximise production efficiency.

* Maintain a forward-thinking attitude towards new production technology and processes.

* Propose potential production investments required to improve production capabilities.

* Interfacing with key stakeholders, adjacent workstreams and external partners.

* Drafting and reviewing process diagrams and production drawings.

What we require:

* Manufacturing / Production engineering degree.

* Strong electronics knowledge required with supporting academic qualification.

* Proven capability in process engineering analysis and design.

* Previous experience with CAD required.

* Technical aptitude necessary to assist in the design/specification of customer products.

* Good knowledge of touch screen and membrane technology or similar industry.

* Professional, self-motivated, problem solver with flexible attitude.

* Good communication and technical writing skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Excellent technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work.
