Performance Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Location: Griffin Lane, Aylesbury, HP19 8BP
This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Coordinator who has had exposure to infrastructure programmes and reviewed performance via a number of high-level reports. The Performance Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing performance across a programming function which encompasses the annual delivery of all planned capital schemes and planned routine maintenance works on the Buckinghamshire highway network. They will also have the added responsibility of document control for the contract. The role will require positive engagement with the senior project team to help build a strong relationship with key stakeholders across the network.
The successful candidate will have;
Previous experience working on a framework construction contract – ideally highways or civils
Previous experience of challenge the performance of existing programmes of work
Previous experience within document control
High level of communication and organisational skills
Proficient with MS Office, including Advanced Excel & ProjectYou would be responsible for;
Producing and communicating reports to manage expectations of Client
Managing and reporting on compliance with the agreed scheme programmes and project deadlines
Controlling the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of documents and to aid delivery teams with this function
Managing and supporting central team responsible for planning and programming of operations and schemes
Developing relationships with stakeholders
Managing and communicate programme change to minimise disruption and maintain clarity to stakeholders
