Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer (FM)

Location covered– mobile across Home Counties area (excludes London)

Ideal base location – Berkshire/Buckinghamshire region

Salary – £40-45k + Vehicle, 33 days holiday, door-door travel time, healthcare, overtime (No call out)

The Role

* Working in a mobile role you will cover commercial sites within the Home Counties region – predominantly the North, West and East Home counties

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of HVAC equipment – Commercial Gas & Air Conditioning.

* Electrical maintenance & repairs (dependant on skillset)

* General building services maintenance & compliance work as and when required.

* Playing an an integral part interacting with the client and being an ambassador for the company

What you will need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to experienced Multi Skilled HVAC Engineers who have worked with a range of gas fired and air conditioning equipment

* Engineers looking to apply should be ACS Commercial (COCN1 / CODNCO1) and F Gas Category 1 qualified.

* Electrical qualifications are highly beneficial (i.e.18th Edition, C&G236/2330, 2391)

* A proven background in service, maintenance, fault finding, breakdown & repair within commercial environments

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

* Ideal location – Western Home Counties – Buckinghamshire/Berkshire type area and must be prepared to travel across the South East – this role does exclude travel into London
